Kundalini energy
Kundalini, derived from the Sanskrit word “kundala” meaning “coil,” is a conscious, evolutionary and motherly energy lying dormant at the base of each person’s spine in the sacrum bone. When this motherly energy awakens, it begins its journey upwards through your central energy channel, the Sushumna, piercing through, purifying and rejuvenating the chakras, and finally emerges out from the top of the skull. It is at this point that Self-Realization takes place, and the Kundalini gets united with the all-pervading divine spiritual energy which surrounds and encompasses all living being on this planet.
